Better Queensway Operational Support Project via ESPO Framework Agreement 664-17 Consultancy Services (Lot 1 Business Services)

Support to the Council in driving forward the newly procured Joint Venture with Swan Housing for the Better Queensway scheme. The key elements of service required are as follows:

• Support to the Shareholder Board - Strategic and financial support to the Shareholder Board, the key Member governance group for the LLP • Support to the Operational Group - Operational and strategic support to the Operational Group - the governance group for each of the workstreams delivering the Council's obligations for the project. • Support to the Project Lead - Operational and strategic support to the PMO lead who is responsible for driving forward the BQ project within the Council. • Other Support - Ongoing ad hoc advice as required around strategy, operations and finance.
