## Description

The purpose of this work is to carry out a robust and thorough monitoring and evaluation of the Investment Transformation Programme\. This work comprises using a range of research and analysis instruments to measure how well the Investment Transformation Programme is working, where improvements can be made and to provide some early indications of its role in enabling the Department to land and shape investment projects\.
