M&E Work and associated duties in support of a part SEMLEP funded project in Wellingborough.

Prospective contractors are to ensure that the College meets their non working site supervisor as part of the tender process.

The contractors need to allow for providing design input into the final solution although CJR will provide the bulk of the production information.

The College will not use any Mitsubishi plant as a substitute.

independent commissioning inspection must form part of the tender.

First year maintenance and service parts in the first year must be allowed.

A Site Visit is to be held on Monday 23rd September - please email Craig Pullen to confirm your attendance, arrangements will then be confirmed.

Additional information: The College invite expressions of interest from interested companies and a link will be provided to the tender back.
