Notification of a contract made as a direct award against an existing Eastern Procurement Ltd. (EPL) framework to the supplier who are rated the best for value for money under the framework and are able to provide the required works. As a member of EPL, the council benefits from the lower rates achieved from bulk discount achieved by grouping the work required by all its members. The companies who are rated as the suppliers offering the best value for money under the appropriate EPL framework were PH Jones Ltd and Dodd Group Ltd.
