Manchester City Council is seeking to procure a facilitator for a salary sacrifice scheme using the Departmentfor Transport's Cycle to Work scheme. The scheme will have benefits for the authority in health promotion,sustainable travel, staff retention and support for local cycle retailers. Bicycles acquired through the schemewould be used by employees for cycling to and from work and for work related purposes
