We are looking to appoint a full service agency to deliver a creative concept, artwork and advise/manage all media bookings as part of our Clearing activity for 2018/19 entry\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\.
