## Description

Homes England, working with Liverpool City Council \(LCC\) and the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority \(LCRCA\), is commissioning a consultancy team to prepare a Strategic Masterplan Vision for the North Docks area\. This is a major regeneration opportunity within Liverpool's northern waterfront\. The Vision will provide a unified long term framework to accelerate sustainable economic growth, housing delivery, infrastructure investment and high quality placemaking\.
