## Description

The objective of this work is to appoint an experienced contractor who can undertake a research study that will calculate the financial costs to the food supply chain of redistributing surplus food while also surveying any non-financial barriers that are present\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
