PARLIAMENTARY AGENTS FOR HS2 PHASE 1

Description

The Department requires Parliamentary Agent advice and support to enable the completion of a number of activities which are essential for the successful implementation of the High Speed Rail (London-West Midlands) Act 2017. These include the completion of complex agreements with stakeholders, monitoring compliance with nearly 4,500 Undertakings & Assurances, and the production of various deliverables required by the Act that will enable the full implementation of its powers (such as the production of covenants and guidance documents).
