Executive Search and Selection for Director of People and Culture

Awarded using Ofwat's Terms and Conditions of Contract for Consultancy Services.

The Services required is to undertake a full Service of effective advertising, search, selection and candidate management process to recruit a Director of People and Culture. The Supplier will be working closely with our Lead Talent Partner, Chief Operating Officer, and the interviewing panel. The Director of People and Culture will be a key member of the Corporate Enablers Directorate management team. The Directorate provides professional corporate enabling services - Finance, Procurement, IT, Workplace Services, People - so that Ofwat runs smoothly and contributes to the achievement of our Time to Act strategy.
