Provision of an Occupational Health Service

Description

Tees Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust have awarded a contract to TP Health Ltd as Optima Health under the Provider Selection Regime via a competitive process for a period of 24 months with 2 optional 12 month extensions. The intent to award letters were published on the 17th of February and no representations were made within the standstill period. The contract start date will be the 1st of April 2025 and the conclusion of this contract (excluding 2 optional 12 month extensions) will be the 31st of March 2027. The panel consisted of: Strategic Lead for Health and Wellbeing Clinical Lead for Health and Wellbeing Acting Deputy Director of People and Culture Associate Director of Nursing IPC/Physical Health No conflicts of interest were declared.
