ENA&D 0801 - Demolition of Warwick House, Beech Court and other properties

The works shall include demolition and full removal of all material on site including removal of foundations and all hard landscaping (hard standing to include for all paving directly attached or connected to the building as per tendered plans. Demolition works will also comprise any LHP owned outbuildings that are associated with the blocks to be demolished.
