## Description

Lot 1 - Charles Parsons Technology Centre Bunded Area Storage Building ORE Catapult has a requirement for a newly constructed 154m2 Charles Parson Technology Centre \(CPTC\) East Hall Extension Building constructed within the existing concrete test area compound, North of the CPTC East Hall located at the north side of Charles Parsons Test Centre and utilising the existing external test area compound\. To allow for flexibility in approach, ORE Catapult is prepared to consider tender responses for the detail design and construction of the building as the proposed design outline drawings and images provided\. This award notice is for the award of Lot 1 only and the award of an invite only under threshold works process\. Total Awarded Value - 212,696\.85
