Work description
The scope of the Contract is the replacement of 141 kitchens to Pioneer properties.
A single Contractor is required to deliver the entire scope of the Contract.
It is expected that the kitchen replacement programme will commence in June 2023 and be completed by March 2024.
Additional information: This Procurement is being managed on behalf of the Pioneer Group by Clarity Procurement Solutions Ltd.
The closing date for the submission of the completed ITT is 12:00 noon on 28/04/2023. Completed ITTs must be submitted electronically via the Pioneer Group Delta e-tendering portal.
