The Authority is seeking a contract for a supplier to deliver high quality, accredited and Department for Education \(DfE\) Level 2 and Level 3 Adult Skills Funded \(ASF\) qualifications with a focus on Free Courses for Jobs \(FCFJ\)\. The following are identified as the key objectives which the Contractor \(Service Operator\) will be expected to address: ?
