Procurement Consultancy Support - AWARD

The Council is looking for expert help to support its procurement function and the achievement of significant savings on its spend with third party suppliers.

This procurement is a further competition under lot 10 of the ESPO framework agreement 664-17 Consultancy Services. Whist the prime focus of the brief is to support more effective procurement and commissioning activity across the Council, it is anticipated that the successful contractor will need to provide access to a wide range of subject matter expertise covering a number of the specialist lots within the framework agreement.
