FO0462 -Innovative (pre) Pomace Valorization process

This collaborative, leveraged EU Era-net project focusses on technological innovation in food manufacturing to facilitate sustainable food production and increase resource efficiency. The work focusses on valorisation of fruit processing waste streams (pomace) to identify bioactive compounds for use as food ingredients.
