ornwall Council are looking to commission an independent assessment of the feasibility of an innovation centre in East Cornwall. Key requirements of the study are: - • Establish whether demand exists • Consider impact on existing provision • Assess and recommend most appropriate location/site • Make a proposal on size and scale • Identify sector focus The assessment will conclude with recommendations regarding whether an innovation centre is feasible, and if so, where it could be located. Additional information: The Council uses a web-based system on the South West Portal found at www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk (DueNorth) to manage quote and tender processes. New users to the system must register on this site to obtain a username and password before gaining access to the system. All interaction with the Council in respect of this requirement will be conducted through the DueNorth system.
