## Description

At CHP, we are upgrading our underlying finance system to SUN 6\.4\. As part of this upgrade, we require a compatible budget tool\. This tool must also have the potential to be compatible with other finance systems should CHP decide to undertake a further holistic upgrade in future years\. The budget tool functionality should allow detailed production & analysis of budget & forecasting data\.
