GB-Colchester: Solar PV and Battery Storage Development Services

Colchester City Council (the Council) wishes to commission a contractor to provide consultancy services to obtain planning permission and provide a business model for a ground mount solar farm and storage at Severn Saint Farm, Severalls lane, Colchester.
