GB-Lincoln: Consultancy Services to provide business development and technical support to promote and engage SME food manufacturing within Greater Lincolnshire

Quotations are invited for Consultancy Services to provide business development and technical support to promote and engage SME Food Manufacturing businesses within Greater Lincolnshire in research, innovation and knowledge transfer. The University has secured funding from the European Rural Development Agency to fuel business growth in SME food and drink manufacturing businesses in the Greater Lincolnshire area. The University needs to secure external support services to complement its own internal expertise on account of the timeframe for delivery.

The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. Quotations are invited for Consultancy Services to provide business development and technical support to promote and engage SME Food Manufacturing businesses within Greater Lincolnshire in research, innovation and knowledge transfer. The service is required 2 days a week from 20th January 2020 to 30th September 2020 (68 days over 35 weeks in total which excludes breaks over Easter).
