## Description

Luton Council seek to procure professional and technical services which will support the authority in understanding its future requirements to meet its duties as a Waste Disposal Authority \(WDA\)\. This will include review of current service and development of costed options for the future, including options with regard to current and developing legislation i\.e\. Environment Bill\. This assistance will aid Luton Council make a fuller and informed decision with regards it long term WDA contract\.
