GB-London: CIRAS Reporting App

The main aim for this project is to create a native mobile application which extends the options for CIRAS users to raise a concern. Limitation and dependencies - The supplier is required to deliver minimum viable product requirements by using a 'scrape' approach, whereby the website form is encapsulated within a native mobile app, this will limit resource commitment to a 'guiding eye' rather than any development commitment or additional documentation for backend processes between Sitecore, Azure, Cloudmersive, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Assumptions •Any user will be able to raise a concern via the app. •Supplier will have applicable development and support resources to deliver the solution and services described within this document. •Supplier will design key screens/ wireframes.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
