Online Consultation Software Solutions for General Practice

Description

NHS Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board (ICB), previously NHS Hampshire, Southampton and Isle of Wight CCG and NHS Portsmouth CCG) sought a solution which will allow Patients/Service Users/Proxies to request and receive support relating to healthcare concerns, at a time and place convenient for them. The process was undertaken as a "Further Competition Off Catalogue" via the NHS Digital - Digital First Online Consultation and Video Consultation (DFOCVC) framework. The Service Commencement Date shall be 1st October 2022. The Contract will continue in force for 2 years, with an optional 12 month extension period, from the specified Service Commencement Date. The agreement will be governed by the NHS Digital - Digital First Online Consultation and Video Consultation Framework (DFOCVC) Call Off Terms. The CCGs reserve the right to include any practice within the stated footprint, over the life of the contract. The total contract value will be up to £590,400 including VAT.
