​​A call-off from the Generation 4-ONE 2020 - 2024 Civil Engineering, Highways and Transportation Collaborative Framework (Awarded April 2020).​

​​Installation of a new temporary controlled crossing with priority change at junction by making Clifton Terrace one way. The works comprise of the provision of new bollards, cycle infrastructure, kerbing, signage and road markings and the installation of traffic signal infrastructure needed for the new crossing. Construction of the first phase shall be completed in 6 weeks and will be maintained by the Contractor for a period of 9 months.​
