Barnet & Harrow Joint Public Health Service in Barnet wish to tender for a service which: ? Supports universal services to address drug and alcohol use effectively ? Delivers support to parents and carers of drug/alcohol using young people ? Offers support to young people at appropriate, accessible locations at appropriate times such as evenings or weekends ? Targets prevention work at young people who are at increased risk of developing drug and alcohol misuse problems ?
