Kier Legacy School Projects 2025

Liverpool City Council (LCC) requires the provision of a range of professional and technical services from Kier Business Services (KBS). These services are required to assist the Council in the delivery of three legacy school projects within its annual Schools Capital Programme (SCP), a programme of planned capital projects for schools which are located within and maintained by the authority.

Services complete one month after the completion of all works packages -which includes works defect period (this is anticipated to be Oct 26). A 12 month defect included in this contract. anticipated Oct26-27
