## Description

Staffordshire County Council operates a scheme \(Fleetcare\), to allow Council employees only to lease a car in return for a monthly fee\. The scheme provides a new vehicle for a monthly cost, which includes the cost of the vehicle, insurance, administration costs and breakdown recovery\. This contract is for the provision of the vehicle insurance for the scheme detailed above
