Business Continuity and Incident Management Specialist Training Exercises

The purpose of the requirement is to develop and deliver Incident and business continuity management specialist exercises to gold, silver and bronze command levels online and at a science facility.

We have an urgent requirement due to a Health and safety executive enforcement letter - deadline to develop and deliver specialist Business continuity - incident management exercises (the first desktop exercise by 20th August 2021.

The two exercises after that need to be developed and delivered on a large complex site at Weybridge Science facility with a large number of staff in 2022 and 2023 - delivery dates need to be agreed
