Work description
The London Borough of Tower Hamlets is seeking expressions of interest from interested organisations for the delivery of a package of Supported Accommodation Services for Vulnerable Adults with support needs at Daniel Gilbert House Hostel.
The service is to deliver a person centred, personalised programme of support lasting between 3 and 18 months to support vulnerable adults towards becoming independent and developing the skills and confidence to move on into appropriate long-term accommodation.
The provider will be expected to achieve the outcomes and requirements of the specification and the Council will monitor compliance with the targets. It is expected that services will be subject to review, change and innovation over the course of the lifetime of this service.
