Corporate Flu Voucher Scheme

This is a contract award notice. Request for Quotations were issued to suppliers following market enquires. The PCC for Cheshire requires one thousand [1000] Corporate Flu Vouchers. The voucher scheme should provide staff a choice of locations across Cheshire where they can redeem the voucher in exchange for a flu vaccination. E-vouchers are deemed sufficient and paper vouchers are not required. The contract is for a one [1] year period with the option to extend for a further three [3] periods of one [1] year.
