## Description

Colchester Borough Council \(the Council\) wishes to commission a contractor to design scheme options which fit the Fixing the Link principles of welcoming station users to the town centre, giving a good impression of Colchester to the visitor, whilst respecting its historic character\. The tender is split into two parts, but Bidders are expected to tender for both elements and bids for part 1 or part 2 only will not be accepted\. Full details of the requirements are detailed within the specification \( Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
