IFRS 16 Modelling for PFI contracts

Contract to ensure that West Northants Statement of accounts (specifically PFI contracts) were compliant with the new IFRS 16 regulations. Chosen supplier has worked closely with WNC on the PFI contracts for several years and would not be value for money if approached any other supplier. This is a specialist area of accounting and there are few suppliers that could deliver the service in the time required.
