Awarded Contract: Provision of Regulatory Design Services to the Smart Metering Implementation Programme Description of the requirement: Specialist support to the development of SEC and licence amendments to enable at-scale delivery, new evolutions for 4G and VWAN devices and other communications changes necessary to realise the Programme's business case, and resolution of issues that could impact the operation of smart meters. Specifically, this means advising, challenging, and providing quality assurance for planned industry consultations and providing content for DESNZ consultations, including amended SEC and licence provisions.
