Work description
We are looking for a supplier(s) to deliver a full-service occupational health service and health surveillance programme. This is providing occupational health advice /services and health surveillance for all of the FSA's personnel within UK, including those working remotely, travelling or posted overseas.
The successful supplier(s) is expected to work with the incumbent supplier, prior to commencement of the contract to transition existing data.
This is a multiple lot tender and tenderers are invited to bid for all lots or any combination of the three. Lot 1 Occupational Health Services Lot 2 Health Surveillance (Audiometry and Spirometry) Lot 3 Health Surveillance Analysis and Advice
