Works comprise of the removal and replacement of defective render and stop beads to multiple properties, works includes but not limited to; - Enabling works: o disconnecting and reconnecting services, o rainwater goods o obstructions - Scaffold erection to the elevations of effected properties - Removal of defective render and stop beads to corners, bell cast, and openings - Installation of new stop beads and render. Please note: The work relates to 19 separate properties across the development.
