GB-Castle Point: Castle Point Planned Maintenance Contract 2018/2019

Minor planned maintenance repair works to 20 Corporate properties located across Castle Point Borough including;

•Flat roof refurbishments •Minor building repairs, brick work/render repairs, external cladding, roof repairs, decoration works, paving improvements, fire safety works, rainwater and soil goods, wood block floor repairs and some investigation works as fully detailed in the Specification and Schedule of Works.

The tender return date is 12.00 noon Thursday 18th October 2018. The tender period is 4 weeks.
