The Government Legal Department (GLD) has awarded a call-off contract under Crown Commercial Service Framework RM6175 (Lot 2) for the provision of a managed Financial Records Management System to support supplier invoice processing and associated records management. The service comprises a secure, end-to-end digital solution including invoice receipt, intelligent data capture and validation, workflow approval, integration with GLD financial systems, secure storage, and ongoing service management.
