Description

BCP Council are looking to appoint a contractor to deliver a series of external refurbishments fully funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund. This forms part of the wider Upton Country Park Discovery Project. The works are located within the Grade II* curtilage of Upton House and will include; • Demolition of existing brick built fowl shed. • Refurbishment of kennels. • Repair of Stable Yard and approach. • Replacement of Stable Yard drainage. • Repair of Stable Yard Brick Wall as approved by BCP Council Planning Conservation Officer.
