## Description

Durham use the SolarWinds monitoring and alerting tools across its network, servers and applications and they are coming to the end of the initial licences and need to be renewed for a further 3 years\. Additional information: For continuity with the previous procurement and to ensure the continuation of service provision, a direct award to the incumbent supplier via the NHS Shared Business Services \(NHSSBS\) Digital Workplace Solutions \(DWS\) framework was identified as the compliant route to market for this requirement\.
