Description

Freebridge Community Housing invites qualified and experienced Market Research service providers to submit proposals for the provision of Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) and analysis. The purpose of this tender is to select a contractor to implement and manage a comprehensive TSM program for 7,000 homes owned and managed by Freebridge that is in line with the regulator's specific requirements. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
