T0165 Next Generation Work Instructions for Operations

The Traffic Officer (TO) Manual (including work instructions (WIs)) is a key part of the safe system of work, used by our operational colleagues whilst managing our network and incidents occurring on them. They provide TOs with direction, instruction and guidance enabling them to carry out their daily duties in a safe, coordinated and customer focused manner. The Severe Weather and Incident Management Requirements Team (SWIMRT) are responsible for the creation and continuous review of the WI's.
