Financial Management Model Review

DLUHC has specified that the Council is required to undergo an independent assessment of its financial position and financial management arrangements as a required action in relation to the 'in principle' approval of the Council's Exceptional Financial Support application for £13.4m of EFS to support the 2024/25 budget that was required to avoid a s114 Notice being issued.
