## Description

Bradford Council require the lease of a Scrubber/Dryer The scrubber dryer would be required for the cleaning of St James Wholesale market hall to ensure health & safety measures are kept in place\. The area of the market hall to be clean is 2666 square metres of which would be used twice a week around 2 hours per session\. Also required to clean and upkeep our walk path within the market\.
