AI Toolbox Enablers Development

This requirement is for a development team to support the development of the Machine Learning Pipeline for the development, training and deployment of AI models ready for a trial in late 2022. The aim is to achieve a minimum viable product (MVP) through completing the main high priority tasks in phase 1, due to end at the end of March. Any tasks not finished by the end of the contract will remain on the backlog for the potential phase 2 and future sprints.
