P4104111 Provision of Legal Advisers for DfT's Public Ownership Programme

Description

Direct Award for the Provision of Legal Advisers for DfT's Public Ownership Programme and therefore we would like to award the contract to you. The call-off contract shall commence on the 24th November 2025 and the expiry date will be 23rd August 2026 for a period of nine months including an option to extend by three months to 9th November 2026 (subject to internal approval via the DfT governance process) .The total contract value will be up to £3,500.000.00 excluding VAT. This direct award supersedes the existing call-off contract (Ref: P4104001) for Legal Advisers - OLR Holdings, which is due to expire on 30 June 2026. The contract value has been extended by £50,000 excluding VAT, and the total contract value shall be amended to £3,550,000 excluding VAT. This extension has only been provided to allow for outstanding 0% VAT invoice payments to processed for disbursements.
