## Description

Lead and manage the transition PMO; monitoring progress, driving timely resolution, as well as risks, issues and decisions\. Provide strategic change leadership and guidance to the corporate workstreams to ensure a smooth transition\. Support and guidance on key business readiness areas will also form part of the scope, working with HR to deliver an integrated transport organisation design to enable EMCCA to manage and deliver the public transport services\.
