LCRCA is looking to commission a suitable full-service agency to work with the Place (Transport) Team, the Government Relations team, CA Comms and Marketing teams and with commissioned economic advisory services to provide stakeholder engagement, communications and marketing-related support as part of an overall campaign to emphasise the value of transformative rail investment in the City Region as part of Northern Powerhouse Rail. This should closely work within, rather than separately to, the overall programme of CA engagement with government - direct contact with which will remain with CA senior officers - and support the promotion of its developing work on 'Future Asks'.
