Work description
To deliver Building Fabric Reactive Repairs to Council properties across the Borough of Elmbridge for a period between 1st April 2021 and 31st March 2026. This includes all external and internal fabric repairs, hard landscaped areas, underground drainage, surface water above and below ground, fencing and the like
