Work description
Hammersmith & Fulham Council tendered for a service to provide care and support for residents with learning disabilities within a supported living setting. The housing consists of eight self-contained new build flats, three of the eight are accessible for adults with physical disabilities. This is a 3 year contract with optional 2 year extension.
